Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the author of several online publications and is a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
