Cheney was the first to accept the Republican Vice Presidential nomination in 2007, stated that his hopes were for working with a president who can reach beyond the political divide and work with his adversaries in respect and an unifying goal. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. After 13 years of age, old, he moved along with his parents into Casper located in western region of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father directed the local district of soil conservation of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
