Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 in Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. She is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta from her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Her father took keen interest from a young age in theatre. While a student at Emory University he appeared in numerous productions on and off campus. When he joined the Air Force, in 1953 he appeared in an airforce production in Biloxi with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple married and in 1956 their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In the year 1957, they left the airforce and Walter started his education at Tulane University. Walter worked with Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the family moved in Decatur Georgia. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the children's local Saturday morning TV show Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. In the following year, they established the Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for a period of six years. In 1965, they welcomed two children to the family: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
