Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France was born the 9th of August 1976. Audrey is the oldest child in a family of four. Audrey Tautou's parents, who were a dentist and a school teacher were supportive and encouraged by her early love for drama and theater. She initially hoped to become a master monkey was replaced by a desire to pursue a degree in theater and drama. Her fame grew as an actress in her early years and with enormous achievement. Photography is another passion and she recently exhibited her work in the Arles festival, under the title Superficial. Her photographs are largely about the spotlight and fame. Amelie was a worldwide box office success, and received accolades at award ceremonies around all over the world. It is the most successful French language film in the US. In the following year, she appeared in British dramas like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Jeunet The long day of the fiancailles. Then Tautou moved to Hollywood where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
